Meet Elissa
Elissa joined Benefit Quest in 2026, bringing a client-first approach to Personal Lines insurance. As an Account Manager, she serves as the primary liaison between clients and insurance carriers, managing policy renewals, endorsements, coverage questions, and claims support. Elissa is passionate about helping clients understand their insurance options, from standard coverage to private client solutions, and takes pride in developing coverage strategies that reflect each client’s unique needs and assets. Her calm, reassuring demeanor helps clients navigate even the most stressful situations with confidence.
Outside of work, Elissa enjoys inland sailing and hopes to one day sail on the open ocean. She also enjoys pursuing new opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Fun Fact: Elissa hopes to return to school in the future to earn a law degree, combining her passion for advocacy with her commitment to helping others.
