Meet Eric
Since leading Benefit Quest in 2001, Eric has guided the firm’s growth through strategic vision, business development, and a deep understanding of risk management. He is passionate about building a culture rooted in integrity, accountability, and innovation, while continually seeking opportunities to enhance the client experience and drive operational excellence.
Outside of work, Eric enjoys hiking, traveling, reading, and mentoring others. Raised in a military household, he developed an appreciation for discipline, adaptability, and service from an early age.
Fun Fact: Before leading Benefit Quest, Eric worked as a breakfast cook at summer camp, an experience that left him with the impressive ability to crack four eggs at once!
