Since joining Benefit Quest in 2018, Madlen has played a key role in overseeing accounting, licensing, vendor relations, HR, and business development. With dual degrees in Finance and Business Management, she brings a well-rounded, detail-oriented approach to ensuring smooth operations across multiple departments. Her ability to balance strategic priorities with day-to-day execution helps keep the organization running efficiently and effectively.
Outside of work, Madlen is a dedicated weightlifter who starts each day with training and discipline. She values structure, consistency, and personal growth in both her professional and personal life.
