Meet Melissa
Since joining Benefit Quest in 2007, Melissa has helped small and medium-sized businesses navigate Payroll, PEO, and Employee Benefits solutions with a focus on optimizing workforce management and enhancing the employee experience. She is passionate about building lasting client relationships through trust, responsiveness, and a deep understanding of each organization’s unique goals and challenges.
Outside of work, Melissa enjoys cooking (but not baking), hiking, camping, traveling, and spending time with her family. As a proud mom to a teenage son, she values connection, adventure, and making memories both at home and on the trail.
Fun Fact: Melissa comes from a family of lefties, making everyday tasks a little different around the house. Their Great Pyrenees, Sullivan, marches to the beat of his own drum, he is ambidextrous and communicates primarily through his trademark “Pyr Paw.”
